EiSJ Interview with…Chef Lucas Manteca

Ever since we first tried Sea Salt back in 2008 we have wanted to meet and interview Chef Lucas Manteca. And then, when he made the move to The Ebbitt Room, one of our favorites dining spots in South Jersey, we REALLY wanted to meet and interview him. Finally, we recently got that chance. This is part one of a very interesting interview when you get to know where Chef Lucas has come from and where he is going with his cooking.

In between bites he managed to: finish high school in Willingboro (his hometown), graduate from Stern School of Business at NYU, work in financial services for 15 years, get married and have two beautiful children.
