EiSJ on Pinterest

Y’know, there was a time when we posted without worrying about having a picture or two to go with the piece. Nowadays, we take a slew of pics at any restaurant or food event we attend to make sure we have something to include with the writing. As a result, our picture-taking and picture-editing skills have improved – just in time to jump on the newest social media express train: Pinterest. Where Twitter is all about getting your attention in 140 letters or less, Pinterest wants to catch your eye with a visual landscape. And if a picture is worth a thousand words, that’s…erm…considerably more than what you can say on Twitter, right? (Heh heh – but I kid you, Twitter).

So now we have a Pinterest page, which we will use to post pics of older posts, current posts, posts yet to come…and even posts that didn’t get written (that does happen more often than you think). Check us out there, or if you want, check out our little widget thingy on the right-hand side of our website. Let us know what you think about the images we are posting. Feedback is always appreciated.

About John Howard-Fusco

John Howard-Fusco started eating at a very young age, and hasn't stopped since. In between bites he managed to: finish high school in Willingboro (his hometown), graduate from Stern School of Business at NYU, work in financial services for 15 years, get married and have two beautiful children. Suddenly, it dawned on him that maybe he could write about all this eating business. And so he did, and so he does.
